Information from marketing and CRM tools

We use HubSpot to manage inquiries and marketing communications. If you submit a form, subscribe to updates, or otherwise engage with our emails, HubSpot may collect additional information such as email open/click activity and communication preferences, consistent with this Policy and HubSpot’s own privacy practices. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in our Google Analytics property.

The Site is intended primarily for visitors in the United States and is provided in connection with our U.S. carbon-project business. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
